We're just a 5 minute walk from Fernwood Village were you can enjoy drinks and a bite to eat at the Fernwood Inn or high end wine bar, Stage. You can also grab a coffee at Cornerstone Cafe or watch a live play at Belfry Theatre. We're also just a 5 minute walk to Stadacona Centre which offers a nice selection of casual restaurants and a small grocery store. Across the street from Stadacona Centre is Stadacona Park, where you'll find 5 well maintained outdoor tennis courts. Less than 1km are famous local attractions Craigdaroach Castle and The Art Gallery of Great Victoria. Downtown is just 1.5km and there's several bus routes at the corner that will take you almost anywhere in the city.

Our units were completely renovated in 2011. Kitchen's were redone with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms got new vanities, new toilets and newly tiled floors and tub surrounds. New laminate floors were installed in all living rooms and new furniture was added throughout.
