Description Of Vacation Rental
Our 1 bedroom suite has everything that you need for your stay in Victoria! Just bring your personal item!
The living room has a pull out sofa bed for extra guests, 40” plasma TV with digital cable and BluRay/DVD player and a small work station with chair. The kitchen comes with all cookware, plates and cutlery, a eating counter with 2 stools. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Fresh towels, linens and wireless internet are all included as well as a starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, dishwasher/laundry tabs for your convenience.
Our restored character 8-plex is located right in Rockland, the prestigious mansion district of Victoria. This central location is just minutes away to everything: Dallas Road oceanfront, Cook Street Village, Downtown, Oak Bay Village and Fernwood Village. Walk to local attractions, such as Craigdarroch Castle, the Art Gallery of Great Victoria, or shop along antique row, all less than a 5 minute walk away. Grab a bite to eat or shop for groceries right across the street at the Stadacona Center.
Off street parking spots are available for a monthly fee and there are several bus stops at the corner. Common coin laundry room on site. Children are welcome and small pets with a monthly fee.

Property is a bit out of town but great access to public buses. Was easy to find and easy enough to get access to the unit we were staying in. Area is pretty quiet (other than the seagulls).
Not exactly lavish, but a good value for the money.
First time to use airbnb.com and it was a great experience. Martin was so accommodating. He made the process so easy. Our accommodations were great. We were about a 35 minute walk downtown. There is a great restaurant across the street as well as great pizza.
This apartment is well located though a car is necessary if you are a first time visitor to Victoria. The kitchen is well supplied providing all the equipment you need for those times you wish to cook. Martin was very welcoming and responsive ensuring our needs were met.
This was a really nice suite, nicely renovated and very cosy and comfortable for two. Getting in and settled was easy and a pleasant experience. Had some minor issues: toaster looked new but didn't work (used broiler in the oven instead), there was a coffee maker but no coffee mugs and the WiFi was flaky one out of our 5 days here but was up the rest of the days and was quite fast.
Martin provided good information about getting in and connected to the internet and provided some info about some places to see in Victoria.
I would definitely stay here again. The location was quite good, easily accessible, had grocery stores, Starbucks and nice restaurants (check out the Blue Fox for breakfast/brunch) close by and easy to get to the harbour from here.
Overall this has been a great experience.
