What is the minimum stay?

Our minimum stay depends on the season and our current bookings. We prefer a minimum stay of 7 nights, but we can accept stays as little as 2 or 3 nights if the check-in and/or check-out date lands on the same date as another guest that is checking and/or checking out. During the fall and winter months we concentrate mainly on monthly rentals.

 

How do I make a reservation?

You can request a reservation using the "contact us" form on any property page, emailing us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by calling us at 250-686-4800. After we receive your reservation request, we'll quickly reply confirming availability and cost and we'll email you an invoice that can be paid online. We normally require a 25% deposit to secure a vacation rental reservation.

 

How do I pay?

We accept payments by VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Interac. Personal cheques are only accepted for monthly rentals. PayPal and credit card payments for monthly rentals will incur a 3% processing fee. This fee can be avoided by paying by cheque, Interac or cash.

 

What is your check-in and check-out time?

Our regular check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-ins and late check outs may be available upon request.

 

How do I check-in to my rental?

Your keys will be kept inside a secure lock box located outside of the property. This allows for convenient and secure check-in no matter what time you arrive. We will provide you with the lock combination after the full payment for your stay has been received.

 

What's included?

Our vacation rentals come with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Victoria! Your rental will come fully furnished and well equipped with cookware, linens, towels, TV with digital cable and wireless internet. Disposable items such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent are also included.

 

Do you allow pets?

Some of our vacation rentals are pet friendly. Pets must be pre-approved in advance.

 

Is periodic cleaning included or available?

Your rental will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. Daily or periodic cleaning is not included, but may be available at an additional cost. Please inquire if interested in this service.

 

When is the full balance of my stay due?

We require a deposit to secure a reservation. The balance is due within 10 days of your check-in date. Your reservation may be canceled and deposit forfeited if the balance is not received at least 10 days before check in date.

 

Can I cancel my reservation?

Stays that are less then one month are eligible for a full refund if cancelled at least one month before your check in date. Stays for a period of one month or longer are bound by the regulations set by the residential tenancy act of British Columbia and by any terms of a signed agreement that was entered into.

 

Can I alter my reservation?

Changes that result in a shorter stay to must be made at least one month before your check in date to be eligible for a refund on the cancelled days.
